Can I try on a piece before I buy?

We welcome visits to the studio in Bethnal Green, east London to try on jewellery before purchasing and also to discuss bespoke. Just email hello@h2erg.co.uk to book an appointment. 

How do I know what ring size I am?

-You can purchase a ring sizer here and it will be posted to you ASAP. 

-You are also welcome to visit us in our Bethnal Green Studio for measurements. Email hello@h2erg.co.uk to book an appointment.

-Alternatively, you can get your finger measured at a local jeweller who should happily offer this to you free of charge.

Can I return or refund my order?

We cannot offer refunds or returns for items which have been made to order or made bespoke.  Return and exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We do not take responsibility for any damage or loss of items in transit to us.
